Job Title:Finance Assistant Manager, China
Business Unit:Finance, China
Reports To:Finance Manager, Finance Operations, China
The responsibilities of the Finance Assistant Manager, Finance in China are:
I.As key member of China Controllership, to take responsibility for the efficient and effective execution of the day-to-day accounting function of entities in China 
II.Working with the colleagues in the China Finance Department and coordinate with other cross functions, to prepare periodic (monthly/quarterly/yearly) financial statements for China entities according to US GAAP and China local GAAP, including the balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and balance sheet reconciliation
III.Working with Tax team on periodic tax filing and annual CIT filing
IV.Working with KL SSC team to ensure smooth periodic closing
V.To manage lease contract and accounting for China entities
VI.To manage company insurance contract and accounting for China entities
VII.Coordinate with internal and external audit
VIII.Support accounting related projects / finance operation process improvement / policy / system implementation
IX.Any other duties as directed by Finance Operation management

1.To coordinate with the accounting team in China and ensure the timely and accurately preparation and delivery of the monthly financial reports, including balance sheet, income statements, variance report and cash flow statements.  To meet all CBRE management report requirements in a timely and accurate manner
2.To coordinate with the related accounting teams for the consolidation of financial reports for China entities.
3.To coordinate with APAC Finance team on lease accounting and insurance management.
4.To ensure high quality of balance sheet reconciliation.
5.To ensure that China accounting systems and policies and procedures, including the client accounting system and policies & procedures are complied with in the China office.
6.To ensure the prompt preparation of the annual audit and the annual tax return for the China.
7.To ensure effective methods of communicating, responding and coordinating with other departments and offices in China.
8.To coordinate / and work with KL SSC team, as well as outside accounting service providers utilized by the Company.
9.To work with tax team, internal auditor and external service providers in audit, tax, statutory reporting requirements, etc.
10.To carry out any other assignments as directed by Finance Operation management.

•Undergraduate degree or above in Accounting or business with a minimum of 4 years experience in general ledger, accounts preparation, and tax filing;
•Good understanding on US GAAP, PRC CAS, and tax filing requirement;
•Accounting related certification is preferred;
•Experience of external audit is preferred;
•Must be able to deliver high-quality work under pressure to meet reporting deadline;
•Must be detail-orientated, accurate, analytical and have strong organizational skills;
•Must be able to work with many interruptions on multiple projects;
•Must be a team player; work with other colleagues to deliver the best team result;
•Excellent MS Office skill;
•Have a strong aptitude for computer software, particularly accounting software systems;
•Good communication skills with fluency in English & Mandarin.
