§ Develops and maintains positive relations with clients. Attend client meetings
§ Oversee the delivery and performance of facilities services, including Hard & Soft Services across the portfolio in all aspects of service delivery and oversee vendor performance
§ Responsible for facilities inspections and reports
§ Ensure consistency of the best practices across client’s expectation with EHS Implementation
§ Chair Monthly progress review and user requirement alignment meetings with key stakeholders
§ Conducts service performance, customer satisfaction and KPI review with key stakeholders and account operations manager with continuous improvement
§ Act as primary contact for service requests, taking a receiving facility requests, and resolving issues with exceptional services in mind
§ Conducts financial & business analysis including preparation of reports, cost and budget control and etc.
§ Coordinates and manage moves, adds and changes and minor projects activities
§ Obtains and reviews price quotes for procurement of parts, services and labour with compliance to CBRE’s Procurement Policy
§ Coordinates FM services and special events working with the client, third party vendors, and the public
§ Assists with implementation, update/tracking, and quality control of best practice systems
§ Assists with critical issues and participate in engaging key team members in response to emergency situations
§ Develops people management and cultivate positive relationships with internal/external customers and facilities staff
§ Other tasks assigned by both Client and CBRE.
§ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FM Management in a sizable facility/establishment and minimum of 3 years managerial experience
§ Bachelor Degree above, 985/211 is preferred.
§ Strong leadership with pro-activeness and customer-oriented mentality
§ Prior people management experience, especially across a dispersed portfolio.
§ Client relationship management skills required.
§ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Mandarin.
