We are recruiting a newly created Asset Manager position in Watford; the Asset Manager will be a key member of our on-site FM team, contributing to the delivery of facilities management services across a corporate head office site.
Reporting to a Contract Manager, the Asset Manager role will be key to ensuring continued account performance, compliance, increased uptime, reduced risk and provide accountability to ensure that all assets on site are maintained correctly.
•Creating a maintenance regime appropriate to the asset –Includes M&E, Fabric and soft furnishings.
•Ensuring manufactures recommendations are followed to maintain warrantees.
•Maintaining and updating O&M’s.
•To ensure robust systems and process and procedure are being followed.
•Gatekeeper to ensure all warranty defects are actioned and tracked on both hard and soft assets.
•Real time monitoring of the CAFM, Energy and compliance systems.
•Ensuring all costs are captured against assets giving a true lifecycle cost analysis.
•Auditing compliance and best practice of our engineering team and supply chain.
•Identifying training needs and adapting SOP’s and EOP’sincluding scenario training.
•Tracking and reporting of SLA compliance and KPI’s.
•Ensuring the right maintenance regime is in place for the right asset. A flexible maintenance strategy inline with business risk, required uptime, age condition and use.
