Key Responsibilities:

1) Act as single point of contact for the regional account team and cultivate strong client relationships 

2) Drive collaboration with client, across service lines and with other service providers

3) Work with client to develop strategic agenda and implement in accordance with agreed plan

4) Responsible for regional account team and all aspects of people and performance management

5) Manage contractual relationships. Ensure excellent service delivery across client’s portfolio. Reviews and drive account performance in line of KPI’s or SLA’s

6) Develop transformational programs and processes, leveraging CBRE global and regional subject matter experts

7) Relentlessly drive quality, costs and performance for the client and CBRE

8) Proactively respond to changing client business needs, ensuring global account team monitor and modify services deliverables and drive necessary change programs

9) Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and CBRE’s corporate standards.  Effectively resolve disputes arising from non-compliance

10) Responsible for global/regional account budgeting, strategy development and driving profitability

The  Alliance Director Performance will be measured very strongly by the feedback and input received from both internal and external clients. Client satisfaction and tangible performance results are the key measures of the Regional Alliance Director performance.

  • Excellent communication skills are imperative in this role since a large number of people need to focus on the client's requirements

  • Display and diligence in abundance in servicing clients in addition time management and a sense of urgency are crucial in the success of any marketing and management individual 

4) Quality Control
  • Possess an eye for quality and detail which is essential as the main watchdog for consistent delivery throughout the Region 

5) Ability to deliver
  • Ability to deliver in accordance with clients' specific requirements and a willingness to work as a team player following guidelines and instruction from the senior management levels where appropriate

6) Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work in cross-cultural environment and ability to build professional relationships of trust with both internal and external clients 

7) Professional Conduct
  • Ensure that the professional conduct lives up to the Company's stature as the world's leading property services company
