Marketing and Sales Coordinator role within the CBRE Residential Projects division in North Sydney - very close to train station
Pivotal role with diverse responsibilities
•Assist with sales administration process from exchange through to settlement
•Liaise with and respond to any vendors, purchasers and solicitors queries regarding sales
• Ensure salesforce system is kept up to date with current sales information
•Liaise with Directors to document agency agreements, create marketing campaigns and manage listing details
•Book and manage suppliers in line with agreed marketing campaigns
•Manage and update online listing across multiple websites
• Provide admin and adhoc support to Directors as required
•Previous Marketing and Sales Administration experience in general real estate
• Experience using InDesign (not essential but highly regarded)
•Highly organised with an ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks
•Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
