- Provide helpdesk service management that including email/phone call/internal message in a pleasant and professional manner.
- SOP drafting and releasing.
- Office furniture spare keys management.
- Sending event notification and/or communication letter to employees.
- Regular employee directory information maintenance.
- Receive help request, issue & track work order & make summary.
- Receptionist / monitor lobby / meet and greet vendors, candidates and visitors.
- Manage badge/security access.
- Regular maintain site floor plan according to new hire alert/change request/termination; Verify the cube location vs NV floor plan & provide regular on-site cube inspection.
- Shuttle bus arrangement and car booking.
- First Aid kits, ERT closets and AED regularly inspection and supplementary.
- Support OM for management.
- Other tasks that assigned by OM and management team.
- Backup another receptionist when necessary in daily work .
- Monthly appliance purchase, Cleaning, Office supplies, Toiletry supplies & supplies inventory management
- Assist in the on boarding/exit process for NV
- Assign cube, badge, nameplate, etc.
- Coordinating travel (booking hotels)
