  • Provide helpdesk service management that including email/phone call/internal message in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • SOP drafting and releasing.
  • Office furniture spare keys management.
  • Sending event notification and/or communication letter to employees.
  • Regular employee directory information maintenance.
  • Receive help request, issue & track work order & make summary.
  • Receptionist / monitor lobby / meet and greet vendors, candidates and visitors.
  • Manage badge/security access.
  • Regular maintain site floor plan according to new hire alert/change request/termination; Verify the cube location vs NV floor plan & provide regular on-site cube inspection.
  • Shuttle bus arrangement and car booking.
  • First Aid kits, ERT closets and AED regularly inspection and supplementary.
  • Support OM for management.
  • Other tasks that assigned by OM and management team.
  • Backup another receptionist when necessary in daily work .

Site Services:

  • Monthly appliance purchase, Cleaning, Office supplies, Toiletry supplies & supplies inventory management
  • Assist in the on boarding/exit process for NV
  • Assign cube, badge, nameplate, etc.
  • Coordinating travel (booking hotels)
