Supporting the facilities hard service and soft service, co-ordinate and supervise related operating functions, such as housekeeping, landscape maintenance, cleaning, payment application ,admin service etc.
Ensuring and complying with all the Environmental, Health and Safety requirements of the client.
Providing admin support in solving recurring problems.
Ensuring all work adherences to specification, code of practice and schedule of completion.

Requirements:
More than 2 years of working experience 
Strong interpersonal, self-motivated, communication, and problem-solving skills and high integrity character.
Positive and self-confidence.
Excellent in Chinese and English language.
Well-versed in Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications.
