Responsible for corrective action and service requests and data recording as required and ensure that activities are documented
Providing good office services for customers in mail room, janitorial service, plants and other administrative services 
Supporting site manager for SOP review and update
Supporting important events being responsible for the preparation & implement of every event in Chengdu area
Supporting site leader for overall facility services site survey 
Supporting site leader for healthcare FM integration
To perform other duties as assigned and if needed be back up for Helpdesk, Switchboard roles, etc.

Minimum College education in Business or related fields
Pleasant personality with previous customer caring experience preferred
Minimum 1-2 year working experience in related field
