Position Overview

This position will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of workplace strategy consulting engagements to a wide range of corporate and institutional clients. The activities commensurate with this position include: 

  • Supporting engagement managers on client projects
  • Leading components of onsite research activities
  • Analyzing data from research including employee surveys and observation studies
  • Conducting research from internal and external sources
  • Supporting the development of client communications and change management plans
  • Contribution to recommendations and final deliverables
  • Traveling to client in Canada on occasion


Job Requirements & Key Skills:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in the field of real estate, design or workplace consulting
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and interpret a range of business and real estate documents
  • Strong quantitative/analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort in translating large data sets into compelling findings
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary and distributed teams
  • Strong presentation skills and comfort communicating ideas to clients and team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to take on new responsibilities
  • Team-player attitude
  • Strong listening skills
