Fast-paced facilities coordinator role within a corporate environment
Provide high level customer service and facilities support
Based in Macquarie Park

Here's a snapshot of your day;
  • Responds to client inquires and concerns
  • Conducts QHSE site walks
  • Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients
  • Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Completes inspections on the facility campus
  • Meeting room presentation inspections
  • Completes consumable audits
  • Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work 
  • Creates work orders and assigns work orders to multiple technicians, subcontractors and vendors
  • Coordinate/contact vendor for emergency repair/attendance on site operation matters
  • Provide daily summary report/update and send to CBRE team
  • Liaise with stakeholder and attend to their feedback/complaint/service request.

Skills and experience
  • Excellent Customer Service relationship skills.
  • Knowledge and application of Occupational Health & Safety Act, Essential Services regulations. 
  • Ability to manage several functions and projects simultaneously including ability to meet shifting priorities and report to multiple or joint interests.
  • Demonstrable confidence and maturity in communications including good written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and colleagues
  • Intermediate knowledge of computer software and hardware (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite Products).
