Interview Tips

Preparation

  • Research - Doing your homework pays off. If you're passionate, excited and knowledgeable, it'll show.
  • Know why you want the job - Use the information available on our site to determine which opportunities may be right for you. Explore the possibilities, and be ready to explain why you're the best candidate.
  • Ask the right questions - There's a good chance we've provided the answers to your questions on our site.  Make sure to bring any unanswered ones to your interview.
  • Be prepared to answer many questions - Be ready to answer any question we might pose. Practice interviewing with a friend or relative.
  • Know your resume - Read over your resume and be prepared to share relevant examples and stories about your previous experiences. This is your chance to reveal the credentials that will make you an asset to our success.

Presentation

  • Arrive early - On-time is considered 10-15 minutes early.
  • Professional Attire - Dress professional. Clean cut. Conservative. Nothing flashy.
  • Bring extra resumes, pen, notepad - You may want to take notes during your interview or jot down questions.
  • Be conscious of body language - Your body language says a lot about your attitude, your level of interest and whether or not you are paying attention.
  • Answer questions honestly - You know yourself better than anyone. Be truthful with your answers.
  • Don't speak negatively of former employers/co-workers - We look for employees with class and strong character.
